The item is sold as is, as found and as you see it. The compote has a scalloped edging and an orange color with frosted satin glass. Vertically ribbed. Inside, the walls, the individual ribbed panels, there is some dipping in the glass that gives it a bumpy texture. The bottom stem is twisted into a circular base in frosted glass. Maybe MCM unmarked Italian art glass. Stunning piece in the color contrast. No chips/cracks. Dirty in crevice areas. Maybe light scratches, but minimal. A good cleaning is needed. Large piece. Measures 11 3/8" X 6 3/8" X 6" opening.
