• Internals come from refurbished Joy-Cons. The only way you might tell these are pre-owned is by the sliding rail/dock piece. All other exterior materials (shell/buttons/analog sticks) are brand new. Because refurbished, wrist straps are not included. Brand new Joycons can be purchased for an added $20.

• We use genuine Nintendo Switch Joy-Cons that we test thoroughly to ensure full-functionality. All controllers come with a 60 day warranty - meaning we will repair or replace them for free. After 60 days, there will be a small fee.

• Joy cons will appear on the console as the colors they have been modified to.
