It is quite large measuring 24" in height with the head measuring 18" x 4.25". The base is 8.75" x 9". It is adjustable in 2 places. All aspects work perfectly. Will be shipping with the bulbs and packed exceptionally as to not cause damage. We are both in the hands of the UPS though.
