I bought this in a marketplace in Egypt. Completely authentic.  All glass beads and sequins.  Top is quite heavy and flows very nicely when moving. All glass beading.  Its gorgeous on! Fits a 1 XL to 2XL nicely.  Definitely all eyes will be on you! Please see pictures for description.
